In unserer englischsprachigen Masterclass im Oktober haben wir Prof. Dr. Jos van Hillegersberg bei uns zu Gast.
Most successes with implementing Data & AI happen within the company. The harder, and often more valuable wins, happen when AI has to work across companies: sharing data with partners, coordinating decisions with suppliers, negotiating with agents you don’t control. In this masterclass we discuss lessons from three projects:
1. Food industry: Recommenders for sustainable food consumption
2. Logistics: multi-agent system for barge handling in a seaport
3. B2B: Agents for tendering business services
Across all three, success depended on getting the underlying architecture right – so AI agents behave responsibly and data flows smoothly between organizations that don’t fully trust or control each other. I’ll share the design principles that emerged, and what to watch for if you’re planning similar cross-organization AI initiatives.
