2024 CTEQ Summer School on QCD and Electroweak Phenomenology

This information will be used to assign participants to double rooms in the school hotel

Please indicate if you need our assistance with the last leg of your trip to the school venue in Bramsche. We offer a ride in a shuttle bus from Münster train station on Wed 21st Aug at 5pm.

We might be able to offer other assistance in isolated cases. If you have problems getting to the hotel or making the departure time for the bus, let us know by email (karol.kovarik@uni-muenster.de).

Please indicate if you need our assistance on your way home from the school. There is a possibility of taking a shuttle bus from the hotel in Bramsche to Münster train station on 31st Aug at 9:30am.

Please let us know if you have some dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant, etc.).

The accommodation is in double rooms and if no preference is indicated here a roommate will be assigned by us. If you know any participant and you both agree that you want to be roommates, please indicate his/her name here. If you have any other constraints, please let us know by email (karol.kovarik@uni-muenster.de).

This is a canoe tour for absolute beginners, using canoes for 3 people for about an hour to get to know the north German countryside from the water. Bring a change of clothes.
