The program of the school starts Thursday (22.08.) morning and therefore, all participants should arrive at the school's venue by evening on Wednesday (21.08.).
The last day of lectures and discussions is Friday 30.08. and departure is on Saturday (31.08.) in the morning after breakfast.

The small town of Bramsche has a regular train connection (every 30min) to the main railway station in Osnabrück (Osnabrück Hbf). It takes about 20min to walk from the railway station to the hotel.

Osnabrück railway station is connected to all airports in the larger area as (closest to furthest, fastest connection indicated):
- Münster-Osnabrück airport (FMO) - travel time about 1 hour - bus to Ibbenbüren Hbf + local train (1 change)
- Dortmund airport (DTM) - travel time about 1,5 hours - airport shuttle to Dortmund Hbf + ICE train (1 change)
- Düsseldorf airport (DUS) - travel time about 2 hours - local train + ICE train (1 change)
- Hamburg airport (HAM) - travel time about 2,5 hours - S1 subway to Hamburg Hbf + ICE train (1 change)

In order to simplify the arrival (mainly for students travelling from outside Europe but available to everyone), we provide a direct shuttle bus departing from Münster main railway station (Münster Hbf, Google Maps) on Wed 21.08. at 5pm taking people directly to the hotel in Bramsche.

If you plan to arrive earlier than Wed (21.08.) e.g. because of jet lag or other reasons, one can stay in one of multiple hotels close to the railway station in Münster before using the shuttle on Wed. For instance, the following hotels are particularly convenient:
