DEADLINE for general abstract submission was the 15th of February 2024. All abstracts were reviewed by the Scientific Committee members.

DEADLINE for individual abstracts as part of the accepted symposium was the 15th of March 2024.

DEADLINE for early bird registration is the 15. March 2024.

FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE was the 26. March 2024.

Registration was required for the following cases:

1. Internal (from COST Action PhysAgeNet) or External (not from COST Action PhysAgeNet) delivering a symposium/ individual presentation/poster.
2. External attending the conference only listening to presentations.
