The conference fee is 450 EUR for early registrations (for participants
who register and pay until 07.02.23) and 650 EUR for late registrations (after 07.02.23). The fee is paid by credit card or bank transfer after confirmation of the registration.
The fee includes online proceedings, coffee breaks (every day), lunches (from Monday to Thursday), welcome reception, poster session and conference dinner.
Student support will be provided to a limited number of students and early career scientists (up to 3 years after the doctoral defense) via waiving of conference fee or waiving of conference fee and housing in double room at the B&B Hotel Aschaffenburg.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of participation, the paid conference fee will be refunded as follows:
- until 26.02: full refund
- 27.02 -12.03: half of the fee will be refunded
- from 13.03: no refund
