When you activate the field “I have read and agree to the Privacy policy”, you indicate confirmation of the following:

I have been informed about the scope and purpose of data collection and data processing, as well as my right to withdraw consent. I consent to photos/film recordings in which I appear being made available on the following platforms for the above-mentioned purpose:

-        Internal intranet of the University of Münster

-        Public websites

-        Social Media

-        Printed media that is made available to the public

Should the recordings reveal any information about my ethnic origin, religion, or health (e.g., skin color, head covering, glasses), my consent also applies to this information.

I am aware that information on the Internet is accessible worldwide and can be found via search engines and linked to other information, from which a personality profile of my person could be created under certain circumstances. Moreover, information on the Internet, including photos, can be easily copied and disseminated. I am aware that specialised archival services exist which are designed to permanently document the appearance of certain websites at specific times. This can result in information which was previously published and subsequently deleted from the Internet to appear on the original webpage again.

I hereby voluntarily consent to having my personal data collected and processed. I can refuse to give it without stating reasons and without fear of any disadvantages. I can also withdraw my consent at any time in writing (e.g., letter, email) without giving reasons. I am aware that in the event of withdrawal, the use of the photos/film recordings that has taken place up to the time of withdrawal is lawful. After my withdrawal, photos/film recordings in which I am recognizable and which essentially only show me (e.g., on the phone or performing a typical activity) will be immediately removed from the university's website and will no longer be used for new printed materials. If I am depicted in the recordings together with other persons, the recording does not have to be removed, but it is sufficient if I am immediately made unrecognizable (e.g., by pixelation).
