What is Coptic binding?
Coptic binding is a traditional bookbinding technique known for its characteristic exposed spine and chain stitching. The individual sections of the book are sewn together directly, connecting the pages and covers while leaving the thread visible. This structure also allows the finished book to open completely flat.

Materials will be provided, although participants are encouraged to bring a ruler and pencil with them, as well as any special papers they might want to use.
