  Rahmen des DAAD-Programms STIBET I Studienabschluss-Stipendien aus Mittel
 n des Auswärtigen Amtes aus. Das Studienabschluss-Stipendium ist ein Kurz
 zeit-Stipendium für internationale Studierende der Universität Münster\
 , die sich kurz vor Ende ihres Fachstudiums (nicht Sprachkurs\, Austauschs
 tudium\, Teilzeitstudium\, Weiterbildungsstudiengänge\, Zertifikatstudien
 gänge oder Promotion) in einer finanziell schwierigen Situation befinden.
 \nDie Ausschreibungsfrist läuft vom 01. bis 31. Juli 2026.\n \nWer kann
  das Stipendium erhalten?\nBildungsausländer*innen\, die nicht die deutsc
 he Staatsangehörigkeit besitzen\, an der Universität Münster immatrikul
 iert sind und innerhalb eines Jahres ihr Studium abschließen werden. Der 
 monatliche Verdienst während des Förderzeitraums darf bei maximal 1.345 
 € brutto liegen.\n \nWas sind die Auswahlkriterien?\n\nFinanzielle Bed
 ürftigkeit\, die nicht selbst verschuldet ist\nGute Studienleistungen\nDe
 r Abschluss des Studiums muss innerhalb der nächsten 12 Monate ab Förder
 beginn möglich sein\n\n \nWas beinhaltet das Stipendium?\nDie Höhe des 
 Stipendiums hängt von den jeweils zur Verfügung stehenden Mitteln und Ih
 rer individuellen Situation ab. Sie können in der Regel 1-4 Monate lang e
 ine finanzielle Unterstützung von bis zu 500 € erhalten.\n \nWelche Un
 terlagen müssen Sie einreichen?\n\nBescheinigung vom Prüfungsamt (bitte 
 herunterladen und vom Prüfungsamt ausfüllen lassen)\nAktuelle Noten- bzw
 . Leistungsübersicht (ausgestellt auf Deutsch oder Englisch) mit Angabe 
 der Anzahl der erworbenen Leistungspunkte sowie der aktuellen Durchschnitt
 snote (bitte beachten Sie\, dass Sie die Übersicht rechtzeitig beim Prüf
 ungsamt beantragen müssen\, da die Ausstellung einige Zeit in Anspruch ne
 hmen kann)\nFinanzielle Selbstauskunft\nMotivationsschreiben\nSemesterbesc
 heinigung vom Wintersemester 2026/27\nKopie des Aufenthaltstitels\, beide 
 Seiten (bei EU-Bürgern: Kopie des Personalausweises/Reisepasses)\nLebensl
 auf\nWenn Sie bereits Stipendien von anderen Stellen erhalten haben: Nachw
 eise darüber (Stipendienbescheid\, etc.)\nFalls vorhanden: BAföG-Beschei
 d\nKopie Ihres Sekundarschulabschlusszeugnisses\nAbschließende Erklärung
 \n\n \nWie ist der weitere Ablauf?\n\nFüllen Sie das Online-Bewerbungsfo
 rmular bis spätestens 31. Juli 2026 aus und laden Sie alle oben genannten
  Unterlagen hoch.\nDie Auswahlkommission prüft Ihre Bewerbung.\nVoraussic
 htlich bis zum 15. September 2026 werden Sie über die Auswahl informiert.

  As part of the DAAD STIBET I programme\, the International Office advert
 ises Graduation Scholarships funded by the Federal Foreign Office. The Gra
 duation Scholarship is a short-term scholarship for international students
  of the University of Münster who find themselves in a financially diffic
 ult situation shortly before the end of their studies (not included are: l
 anguage courses\, exchange programmes\, part-time programmes\, certificati
 on courses\, continuing education programmes and doctoral studies).\nThe c
 urrent call for applications is open from 01 July to 31 July 2026.\n \nWh
 o can receive the scholarship?\nForeign‐educated students (students who 
 have obtained their university entrance qualification outside of Germany) 
 and who do not have German citizenship\, are matriculated at the Universit
 y of Münster and will complete their studies within one year. Monthly ear
 nings during the funding period must not exceed €1\,345 brutto. \n \nW
 hat are the selection criteria?\n\nFinancial need that is not self-inflict
 ed\nGood academic performance\nCompletion of studies must be possible with
 in the next 12 months from the start of funding\n\n \nWhat does the schol
 arship include?\nThe amount of the scholarship depends on the funds availa
 ble and your individual situation. As a rule\, you can receive financial s
 upport of up to € 500 for 1-4 months.\n \nWhat documents do you have to
  submit?\n\nCertificate from the Examinations Office (please download the 
 form and have it completed by the Examinations Office)\nCurrent overview o
 f grades and achievements (issued in German or English) stating the number
  of credit points earned and the current average grade (please note that y
 ou must apply for the overview in time at the Examinations Office\, as it 
 may take some time to issue)\nFinancial self-declaration ("Finanzielle Sel
 bstauskunft")\nLetter of motivation\nCertificate of enrolment for the wint
 er term 2026/27\nCopy of residence permit\, both sides (for EU citizens: c
 opy of identity card/passport) \nCurriculum vitae \nIf you have already 
 received scholarships from other organisations: Notification thereof (e.g.
  scholarship award letter\,…)\nIf available: BAföG notification\nCopy o
 f your secondary school leaving certificate\nFinal declaration (“Abschli
 eßende Erklärung”)\n\n \nWhat is the further procedure?\n\nComplete t
 he online application form by 31 July 2026 at the latest and upload all th
 e documents listed above.\nThe selection committee will review your applic
 ation.\nYou will most likely be informed about the selection by 15 Septemb
