DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Juhi Romeshkumar Dalicha\n\nEver wanted to make a bo
ok with your own hands? In this session you'll learn the four-hole binding
technique\, a traditional Japanese method that's been used for centuries
to create beautifully stitched books. It's genuinely something anyone can
pick up in an afternoon.\nWe'll walk through the whole process together: f
olding and preparing your pages\, piercing the spine\, and stitching it al
l into a finished notebook you get to keep. It's a great way to slow down\
, learn something completely new\, and end the evening with something you
actually made.\nNo experience needed. All materials will be provided\, but
you are encouraged to bring something small to decorate your cover page l
ike a photograph\, or pressed leaf/flowers or piece of fabric\, anything.
As long as it can be layered onto the cover page.\n\nhttps://indico.uni-mu
