Dear MGSE members!
We are happy to invite you to our MGSE Summer School, which will take place from 6–8 July 2026 in Hamm.
During these three days, we will offer workshops on academic writing and other highly relevant topics. The sessions are designed to build on each other over the course of the program, so that you can continuously develop your ideas and skills. In addition to practical input, there will be plenty of room for discussion, questions, and exchange.
A key aim of the Summer School is to encourage close interaction between doctoral researchers and PIs. We would like to create an open and supportive setting in which research projects, funding strategies, and academic experiences can be discussed in depth.
Alongside the academic program, we are planning informal activities, including a barbecue and other social events, to give everyone the opportunity to connect beyond the workshops.
We warmly encourage all members to participate. Graduates who have completed their PhD in 2026 are also very welcome to join us.
