 free of charge. \nCall for posters and short talks is open until 3rd July
 . Childcare: If you need childcare during the conference\, please get in 
 touch by 25 August. We will be happy to support you.\nWe will take picture
 s during the event. We assume that all guests and participants agree to ha
 ve their shots taken and published for public relations purposes. If you o
 bject to being singled out by the photographer\, you always have the optio
 n to inform the photographer that you do not wish to be photographed. If t
 his is not possible\, the shots in question can be deleted afterwards at y
