The conference will take place at the lecture hall JO1, Johannisstr. 4, 48143 Münster (Germany) from 26 to 28 September 2025. The aim of the three-day event is to delve into academic research on Islam and Christianity within religiously plural societies, especially in Indonesia and Germany from the perspectives of Islamic and Christian scholarship as well as religious studies. The conference brings together scholars, students, and interested parties from Germany and Indonesia to learn from each other, broaden theological perspectives, and gain inspiration for academic research and interreligious dialogue. The conference is divided into seven thematic panels:
