Beschreibung

Join us for the Münster Replication Games – a one-day event run by the Institute for Replication and dedicated to reproducing and replicating papers from top-tier academic journals. Replication is an essential part of the scientific process, as it verifies the robustness and reliability of published findings. By participating, you will not only help strengthen research integrity but also expand your network and sharpen your coding and research skills. Participants will be granted co-authorship to a meta-paper combining a large number of replications – an exciting publishing opportunity.

Why Attend?

Form a small team of 3-5 researchers and replicate a published study. You will be matched based on research interests and a study will be assigned to your team. Graduate students will work closely with more experienced researchers, ensuring that everyone benefits from shared expertise.

Connect with fellow researchers from the University of Münster and beyond.

Refine your coding skills and data management techniques.

With participants’ permission, completed reproductions/replications will be published on the Institute for Replication (I4R) website. Participants will be granted co-authorship on a meta-paper combining the reproductions – an exciting publishing opportunity.

Travel Assistance
A limited number of travel grants are available for participants based outside Münster.
