MEET & HI MS Summer/Autumn Party 2024

Courtyard and Foyer, Third Finger, Pharma Campus, Corrensstraße 48, Münster
We will have a barbecue on the courtyard of the Pharma Campus (Third Finger), which will require your support. For a successful party, we kindly ask you to register and sign up for a small contribution, i.e. salad, bread or dessert.
Parts of the costs of this party will be covered by the Martin, Adrienne, Falko, Hinrich and Marcus. Due to the updated representation guidelines of the University of Münster and of Forschungszentrum Jülich, we cannot finance the party using MEET or HI MS funds. We therefore ask all participants to compensate the costs on a private basis.
To simplify the organization:
For your contribution, you will receive tokens that you can use for food and drinks. You can choose between a contribution of 10 euros – equivalent to ten tokens – or 15 euros – equivalent to 16 tokens. For one token you get a beer and/or a soft drink, for two tokens you get a glass of wine and/or a sausage (meat or vegan). There will be no possibility to buy or return tokens.
Please submit your contribution in cash to the MEET office the latest by 19 September 2024.
