we are happy to see that you are interested in participating in the ETW2027. As we can only host a limited number of participants, registration follows a staged process.
Stage 1: Application until 30 September 2026
• Personal information
• Motivation statement
• Abstract (required for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers)
• Indication of presentation preference:
- Mini-poster (mandatory)
- Short talk (optional; selection for main programme)
• Billing information
Important: Once completed, you will receive an email confirming that we received your application. The text is subdivided into three parts. Only consider the section following * APPLICATION ETW2027 *.
Stage 2: Selection until 9 October 2026
• Participants and short talks are selected based on motivation statement and abstracts
Stage 3: Information 16 October 2026
• Selected participants are informed on their admittance to ETW2027
• Participants are informed whether they were selected for a short talk
• Selected participants receive in a separate email the quote for remitting the participation fee
Stage 4: Registration by payment of participation fee until 30 November 2026
• Upon remittance of the participation fee, selected participants receive the confirmation of registration for ETW2027
